Privacy policy

Tactiqo is a football tactics board and matchday tool for coaches of every age group. It is made for adult coaches and is not meant for children to use. When the players are children, their privacy is protected by design: Tactiqo holds as little about players as possible.

What stays on your tablet

Your team: team name, stadium name, and a logo or crest if you add one.
Your players: first name, shirt number, position, stronger foot, whether they are in, maybe or out, and whether they start, are a sub or rest. Nothing else: Tactiqo has no place for surnames, birth dates or ages, photos, phone numbers, addresses, health information, parents' details, notes about a player, or reasons for an absence.
Your matches: opponent, date, kick-off time, pitch, score, scorers' first names and a short match note (the app reminds you not to write personal details in it).
Your boards and drills, and you: your first name, role and, if you choose, your email address.
Settings: language, theme, time zone and clock.

Tactiqo has no account and no sign-in. We cannot see any of this.

Android backup. If backup is on in your tablet's settings, Android copies Tactiqo's data, your squad included, to your own Google account, so you get it back on a new tablet. That copy belongs to your Google account; we cannot see it. You can turn backup off in Android's settings.

What leaves your tablet: share links only

Only when you tap Create share link on a lineup card does Tactiqo send to our server: team name and logo, opponent, date, kick-off time, time zone city, pitch name (only if you choose to show it), formation, and for the players on the card their first names, shirt numbers, where they stand on the pitch and which one is the goalkeeper. Never who is unavailable.

Anyone with the link can see that page, so share it only with people you choose. The link is long and random and cannot be guessed. Search engines are told not to index it.
The page has no ads, no tracking, no cookies and no third-party code.
The link closes after 7 days at most and its data is then deleted. You can revoke it sooner in the app; "Delete all my data" revokes your links too.
To stop abuse, the server counts new links per internet address for one hour, keeping only a scrambled form (a hash) of the address, never the address itself.
Our server is run by our hosting provider, Hostinger, in the European Union, under a data processing agreement. Data travels encrypted (HTTPS).
Why we may: you ask for the link to be made (providing the service you request), and our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe.

Saved images (lineup cards, boards, drills) go to your tablet's photo library. Tactiqo does not upload them; if your tablet syncs photos to a cloud, that is your device's setting.

What Tactiqo never does

No advertising and no advertising ID.
No analytics or tracking.
No crash-reporting service. Google may give us anonymous crash statistics if you allowed it on your device; they hold no names or team data.
No selling or sharing of data, and no third-party sharing tools.
No parent features, no location.

Permissions

Photos: only to pick a logo and to save images you ask to save.
Internet: only for share links, and to open our website or your email app when you tap them.

Your rights

Most of your data never reaches us, so we hold nothing to give back or erase. For share-link data you can ask us for access, correction or deletion at support@apptactiqo.com; we reply within one month. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD (aepd.es), or the authority where you live.

Changes

If this policy changes we update the date above, and say so in the app if the change is important.
